The terms ‘TKP Technologies’ or ‘us’ or ‘TKP’ or ‘we’ refer to the owner of the website https://tkptechnologies.co.uk.
The term ‘you’ refers to the customer, user or viewer of our website and services.
It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts a quote then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
The use of this website is subject to the following general terms of use:
1. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
2. Credit card details will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality using Stripe payment processing tools.
3. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

6 All TKP Technologies’ services may be used for lawful purposes only. You agree to indemnify and hold TKP Technologies harmless from any claims resulting from your use of our service that damages you or any other party. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
From time to time, this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
7. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England.
2. Web Browser Compatibility
TKP Technologies makes every effort to ensure websites are designed to be viewed by the majority of visitors.
Websites are designed to work with the most popular current browsers (e.g. Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, etc.). The client agrees that TKP Technologies cannot guarantee correct functionality with all browser software across different operating systems.
TKP Technologies cannot accept responsibility for web pages which do not display acceptably in obsolete version or new versions of browsers released after the website have been designed and handed over to the Client. As such, TKP Technologies reserves the right to quote for any work involved in changing the website design or website code for it to work with updated browser software.
3. Design Credit
A link to TKP Technologies will appear in either small type or by a small graphic at the bottom of the Client’s website.
If a graphic is used, it will be designed to fit in with the overall site design. If a client requests that the design credit be removed, a nominal fee of £100 will be issued.
The Client also agrees that the website developed for the Client may be presented in TKP Technologies.
4. Hosting
All websites hosted by TKP Technologies are done so using either virtual private servers or onsite technologies.
All servers are strictly secured and maintained by TKP Technologies employees or contractors only. Due to security and client data only designated TKP Technologies employees may have access to servers, databases and data. All websites must be hosted by TKP Technologies only and hosting elsewhere is prohibited.
TKP Technologies will not be liable for any damages or claims in relation to server security or availability and any associated expenses that may occur because of these issues.
5. Severability
In the event any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall be unimpaired and the Agreement shall not be void for this reason alone. Such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a mutually acceptable valid, legal and enforceable provision, which comes closest to the intention of the parties underlying the invalid clause.
6. Payments
All monthly payments contracts are subject to the following conditions:
1. The first monthly payment is due immediately upon signup for the services we offer.
2. The second and all subsequent monthly payments are due one calendar month after your subscription start date.
3. Cheques or payments returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a return charge of £25 and the Client’s account will immediately be considered to be in default until full payment is received.
Clients with accounts in default agree to pay TKP Technologies reasonable expenses, including legal fees and costs for collection by third-party agencies, incurred by TKP Technologies in enforcing these Terms and Conditions.
4. After your contract has been running for a period of one (1) month (i.e. you have made a first payment) the cancellation period is set to zero (0) days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in writing via email to TKP Technologies. Any cancellations made within 5 business days of an upcoming payment will be required process the upcoming payment in full.
All proprietary artwork, logo design, web design, content and domain name registration will remain the sole property of TKP Technologies in the event of a cancellation of services.
5. We endeavour to respond to contact requests within 48 hours, but no liability is accepted by TKP Technologies for any loss or injury caused by any late response. TKP Technologies hereby excludes itself, its Employees and or Agents from all and any liability from:
Loss or damage caused by any inaccuracy;
Loss or damage caused by omission;
Loss or damage caused by delay or error, whether the result of negligence or other cause in the production of the web site;
Loss or damage to clients’ artwork/photos, supplied for the site. Immaterial whether the loss or damage results from negligence or otherwise.
The entire liability of TKP Technologies to the Client in respect of any claim whatsoever or breach of this Agreement, whether or not arising out of negligence, shall be limited to the charges paid for the Services under this Agreement in respect of which the breach has arisen.
6. In addition you will be able to review the services that we are providing you and request changes and/or additions (subject to the terms above) at any time. TKP Technologies offer a courtesy updating service, subject to fair usage, that being no more than 12 updates per annum. The year running from when your website first went online.
7. All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
7. Standard Media Delivery
Unless otherwise specified in the project quotation, this agreement assumes that any text will be provided by the Client in electronic format (text files delivered on USB drive or via e-mail or FTP) and that all photographs and other graphics will be provided in .gif, .jpeg, .png or .tiff format.
Although every reasonable attempt shall be made by TKP Technologies to return to the Client any images or printed material provided for use in creation of the Client’s website, such return cannot be guaranteed.
